    What are the Jump N Party cost and options?

    How far in advance should I book the party?

    The weekend party times fill up fast. Please call as far in advance as possible to insure you get the day and time you want. Please remember without a deposit your day and time are not reserved.

    How do I book a party?

    You can send us an email with your party information and we will respond to let you know if your day and time is available. You may also call to discuss your plans and reserve your day and time over the phone. We require a $100.00 deposit to guarantee all party reservations. The balance of your party is paid before leaving and we accept all major credit and debit cards and cash, NO CHECKS.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    If you cancel 10 days prior to your party date, you can reuse your deposit for another date in the next 12 months. If you cancel in less than 10 days before your party date, you will loose your deposit even if you reschedule your party. As always we will strive to work with you on any cancellation.

    Will there be a staff member in the play area to supervise the kids during the party?

    Your party is assigned a staff member when you enter the building. This staff member remains with your party until you exit the building. If you need anything while in the building the staff member will be able to take care of all your needs. The staff member will also be able to accommodate any child who is afraid to go on the jumps by them selves. The staff member takes care of serving the cake, ice cream, Capri Suns along with writing a gift list for your child and cleans up after your party is over.

    What kind of party supplies are provided?

    We provide 4 table cloths, plates, napkins, spoons, a cake cutter and a lighter. The amount of these items depends on the number of children in your party. We will provide a candle if the cake is ordered through us.

    How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?

    Everyone, including the party family should arrive not more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. We collect waivers for each child and review safety rules before the party starts. We have a game room for your convenience before your party starts.

    Can adults play on the jumps?

    Yes! Adults are allowed to play with their children on the jumps and are encouraged to help their children follow the safety rules. There is a 200 pound weight limit. Parents must wear socks and need to remove any objects that could puncture the jumps.

    Is there a discount for infants?

    Any child not yet walking is allowed in at no charge. Regular pricing applies to any child of walking age.

    Who is allowed to enter the jump room?

    The jump room is designed for children ages two and up. No child is allowed to enter the jump room with out being accompanied by the parent. No adults can enter the jump rooms unless they are accompanied by a child.
